Florida Encounter is a one-on-one appointment tradeshow. Each appointment is 12 minutes long, with three minutes for "travel time".Florida Encounter enjoys a 50:50 ratio between appointment taking suppliers and meeting professionals and is attended by about 100 delegates each.
Typical Suppliers that attend are Florida CVBs, Hotels, Resorts, DMCs, Parks and Event Venues.After you registered and paid, you will receive your login to your Encounter Dashboard, where you can review the profiles of all attending meeting professionals and much more! The Appointment Requesting Period will open in early January, 2025.
During that period, you can request your one-on-one appointments. You will not be able to see the requests made by others. Afterwards, all requests will be matched by our AI system! Mutual requests first, then requests made by you and finally requests made by the Florida Suppliers. Once you receive your schedule, you are able to add, reschedule or cancel any of your appointments via your Encounter Dashboard.
